Carmel Design and Engineering ltd. was founded by Dr. Ehud Mechrez in 1995. The company is dedicated to high quality design in the area of Coastal & Marine Engineering. Ehud is a graduate engineer from the Technion , Israel Institute of Technology and from the University of Florida in Gainesville USA. The company has carried out many coastal projects and is currently working on many others. We will be happy to work with new clients worldwide.
